标题[问题] 请问8843表格问题

有爬文也看过了，还是有3地方不是太肯定，所以来请教一下。
我的身分F1，没有收入(银行利息每月都不到$1)，所以只填8843。
1. Part I 1a. Type of U.S visa and date you entered the United States
第二个问题是问我拿到F1後，第一次进入美国日期?
还是最近一次进入美国日期呢?
2. Part I 1b. Current nonimmigrant status and date of change
看了说明，是指I94上的记录。
我看I94写 F-1 D/S，那我就填 F-1 D/S 吗?
3. Part I 4a.
actual number of days you were present in the United States during
2010:365 2009:331 2008:137
请问: PartI 4b.Enter the number of days in 2010 you claim you can
exclude for purposes of the substantial presence test
是该填365吗?
我看IRS网站说明:
Days of presence in the United States
Do not count days for which you are an exempt individual.
