●地点:4920 centre ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15213
●交通:
下楼即是cmu shuttle公车站,公车71A, 71C, 81B经过,UP校车经过, 走路13分钟到cmu.
出门便是公车站牌，公车大概每10~5分钟一班.
●房屋介绍:
这是一间两房一厅的房子, 我要sublease房子的客厅.
独立空间超大, 和其中一名室友share厕所!
厨房所有东西都可以使用!
离超市giant eagle近, cvs和getgo近, 买东西方便!
●开始出租时间:
2011/04/01~2011/08/31 (有需要可以延长至明年)

$350 Sublease Devon Tower asap near CMU and UP (Shadyside, NorthOkland (USA)
I’m subleasing my living room of a 2BR apartment in Devon Tower.
Location: 4920 Centre Ave., 1 minutes walk to CMU shuttle, 13 mins walk
distance to CMU campus.
You can use everything in the kitchen, and share bathroom with one roommate.
Roommate:
You will share the apartment with two nice CMU students.
Rent:
$ 350 per month (water included, heater included; Internet, electricity will
be shared).
Time:
From April, our lease will finish in Aug., and you can continue the lease if
