标题[问题] 关於学校来信的问题(要求提高ibt)

请问板上各位, 今天收到学校的信表示我必须提高托福成绩审核委员才会将我推荐给系上,
因为不太清楚审核程序为何, 想询问这封信的意思是只要我将托福考到要求的成绩就确
定有offer吗? 还是会有其他可能性?

On behalf of the XXX faculty, this message is to let you know
that the XXX admissions committee will be prepared to recommend
to the Graduate School that you be offered admission to our program
for Autumn Quarter, 2011, provided that you retake the Test of English
English as a Foreign Language and achieve a minimum score on the TOEFL Ibt. If you retake the TOEFL Ibt and improve your score, please notify the office
admissions by email to the Graduate Program Adviser,
The admissioins committee was sufficiently impressed with your
other credentials that they did not wish to deny your application
without providing this opportunity to you.
