标题[问题] penn state u(psu) 申请状态是表示？？

今天去查看psu的申请状态，
内文如下
Status: As of February 28, 2011, please contact the graduate program
to which you are applying to determine the status of your application.
If you have any questions, please click here to contact
the graduate program to which you have applied.
我依稀彷佛好像记得在February 28的地方原本是写February 1
也就是申请状态改过了！！
我没像版上的人收到email，
这是否表示我就是没录取呢？
很怕是打国际电话问心酸的，
先来版上问问有没有人遇到这种情况过？？
