ETS的效率之差大家都知道... 之前check我的status才发现有一家没收到我的TOEFL 可是我是去年的10/31日就order刷卡了.... 於是照着之前一位板大的方法 toefl版 #1CrYlSVo 打电话过去 要求重发 服务人员是跟我说我之前已经要求过一次了 (我之前已用这方法成功的免费加发一次)所以他说请把证明给他看.. 这次用说的不行..要有证明 -- 他说学校的email内容附给他看或是证明之类的 代表 TOEFL成绩真的没送到 我就直接把STATUS的网页内容print screen附加在EMAIL里 http://ppt.cc/b4c5 (个资拿掉了) 像这样 我把这图档附加档案里 寄到[email protected] 说真的当她跟我说寄到[email protected]时 我想你们一天这信箱至少上百封 会看到我的吗....... 不过我还是照做 标题打:HELLO, I've got problem in score reporting. (EMERGENCY!) 怕他们不会注意到.... 内容大概就是写: Hello, my name is XXXXXX I've request to sent a toefl score to XXXX in Oct.31/ 2010 Here is the info -- Please find your Order Receipt for the Order Id XXXXX ---------- PROFILE INFORMATION ---------- Name: XXX Profile Address: XXXX ------------ SERVICE SUMMARY ------------ Description: ADDITIONAL SCORE REPORT Status: Ordered Qty: 1 Total Price: $17.00 Tax: $0.00 OrderDate: Oct. 31, 2010 Recipients: U XXXX ----------------------------------------- Subtotal: $17.00 Taxes: $0.00 Total: $17.00 -------------------------------------------------- -- However, the UXXX did not receive my score! the proof is in the attachment. I just check the status and called UXXX , the admission staff told me they really did not receive my score. So can you kindly do me a favor? I would like to request sending the reports again for free. And it really takes too long to send the score. I think it is my rights to ask ETS to resend again. INFORMATION: XXXXXX -------------------------------- 大概就是给他看我之前的收据 跟 证明学校没收到的proof 结果过3天後 还真的免费寄送了 我有收到新寄送的收据(大心~~) (PS 结果寄EMAIL给ETS隔天 学校方面则是跟我回应说成绩很早就到了 他们也有找到.. 只是status没更新........................) -- 对了 跟大家说一下 我10/31order刷卡要求寄 他是说: Your TOEFL score was mailed approximately on November 9, 2011 to school. 恩.. 大约一周後才寄出(而且注意年份)... 大家以後要提前寄送成绩.. 我没有typo!!!!!原文贴上喔 http://ppt.cc/urId ETS......有你的... --
