标题[问题] Georgia Tech 学费&申请问题

我先前大学念化学，对Georgia Tech的化工硕班有兴趣，
想知道网页上"cost of attendance"所包含学分数，还想知道有无其他funding机会。
网页如下：
一年费用 60000+ , 有奖学金23000+

12学分学杂费 ~14000

感觉差距很大，也没说明是几学分。我的部份感觉无法负担两年only with GRA
(2*23000+)
其次，不知他们的平均量化分数录取标准是如何？
想预估自己录取机会的大小
(我的背景：中山大学BS in chemistry GPA3.32，GRE V480 Q740 AWA3.0，TOEFL 81
这间应该是梦幻学校吧)
最後，学校说申请阶段只要大学的非官方成绩单，那请问已弥封的官方成绩单
拆开扫描後再封回去，学校会接受?
