标题[问题] 学校认为收到的成绩单是非正式的

各位板友好，我申请Berkeley的LL.M
纸本的补充资料 （四封推荐信、纸本成绩单）是在11/29寄出的
刚才收到Berkeley寄来的e-mail
告诉我说他们有收到成绩单了
可是觉得那不是正式的
Official transcripts received? N
Transcripts received but unofficial? Y
下面有一段说明是这样：
If your transcripts have been flagged as unofficial,
it means that they were not sent to our office directly
from the issuing institution, as is required.
Please contact the University to request that
they sent your academic records directly to our office at the address below.
If this cannot be accomplished by our deadline
we will still review your application,
but the transcripts will be considered unofficial.
我在想该怎麽办...
台大的成绩单向来都是我们教务处弥封好、盖章，
然後交由我们自己寄件的；
我应该怎麽做，才能让成绩单是直接从学校寄送到Berkeley呢？
现在Berkeley的死线也过了，还是就算了？

4F：→ jeanyu:成绩单也是弥封盖章 但是因为我跟我申请件放在一起寄 12/10 10:26
