我用另外一台电脑查询technical support
结果发现他们有公布以下讯息:
UPDATE December 1, 4:00pm -- We are currently experiencing an issue with a
product vendor that is impacting performance to the online application
website. As such, you may notice some slowness or a sporadic inability to
print or print preview your application or recommendation although you should
be able to successfully submit. We are currently working with our vendor to
resolve this situation and will hopefully have it resolved shortly.
In the meantime, we ask that you continue to try to upload or submit and we
appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue. Please be sure to
save your work often. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
所以系统真的有问题
希望赶快解决
