标题[问题] 学位问题及毕业证书

最近在申请 UM EE
发现系上关於学位证明要求寄发
If you have a foreign transcript, you must include official transcripts,
certificates and diplomas in the original language and an official
Engligh translation.
想请问 这意味着学位证明跟毕业证书都要寄吗？
因为线上系统 只说要成绩单 学位证明毕业证书择一？
查了一下字典还是 diploma也有学位证明的意思？
搞不太清楚两者的差别？
