申请学校发现有这样的情况...
If your school does not use a 4.0 grading scale, enter a 0.00 for the GPA and
please enter your average grade score on the school's scale as the
Unconverted GPA "value" and enter the actual grading scale as the unconverted
GPA "scale".
台大成绩单上有可以将百分制换成ABC的方法
所以请问究竟算不算是 "use a 4.0 grading scale" 呢
还是直接把百分成绩填上去呢?
