Clinical : programs my require Tdap. : 3) Hepatitis B -- Series of 3 injections, Recombinant form-Engerix-B. : 4) Tuberculosis Skin Test (PPD Mantoux) -- Must be current within 6 : months. (If you test positive, please bring a chest X-ray REPORT done within : the last year.) : 5) Varicella (chickenpox) -- Have you had chickenpox in the past?
