标题[问题] 想请问Sneakersnstuff网站购物

小弟我前几天到Sneakersnstuff网站购买鞋子，可是不小心买错尺寸，目前想要退货，有写信跟他们公司说明退货原因，但是他们说要我收到鞋子後再寄回去给他们，想请问一下板上的大大我使用PayPal 跟他们买鞋子，退货PayPal 会帮我免费承担寄送回去的运费，可是他们网站上有述说这样
