这次要介绍的是一个女人
要说她是摄影师还是设计师!?
我想可能都是吧~从sophnet的某作品开始
被她所设计的东西吸引到了
虽然後来发现似乎吸引我的只有某几个系列的作品
但却希望将这个人分享给大家

SHARON的作品有她的独到之处，尤其是设计，
可以看的出她的作品喜欢将一张画面分成许多小区块，
再将每个小区块独立成一体，用同性质但不同特质的画面填满而成，
切割画面不是件难事，很多人也都有做过类似尝试，
但主题却常常被多画面给拖垮，如何运用色彩融合鲜明的画面，
就变成是一件难事了...
Sharon Elphick's training as a textile designer comes through
in the "urban tartans" she creates on canvas.
The earlier works focus on the patterns she finds
in tower blocks from London, New York, Paris,
Berlin and Sao Paulo. More recent work focuses on another feature
of urban life: graffiti, along with other markings from roads,
pavements, buildings.
Away from the urban, Elphick also has a fascination
with all things horticultural, treating flowers and trees
with the same photomontage techniques she uses for concrete and steel.
Elphick's striking technique and subject matter
has resulted with her images being absorbed into "Brit Pop" fashion
and furniture design.
