You need more practice and being the stilling as long as
possible.Thinking how to tell others what you are, just
a kind of wasting your time. You would not feel peaceful

说的也对啊！以後就别浪费时间误人误己了，少写证量以外
的东西了，不过自己证量的东西也未必正确啊！那以後好像也没
什麽可写了……
