星云会旋转是因为conservation of the angular momentum. 试想想﹐angular momentum
exactly equals to zero 才比较奇怪。所以星云转不奇怪﹐不转才会比较奇怪。 大多数
astrophsical systems不都是转的吗。
我想﹐你大概误解了你的地科老师的意思。他的意思是﹐这里有一个selection effect。
假如不转的话﹐the system is going to collapse due to the gravitational force,
therefore it's a unstable system and not likely to be seen.
抱歉有些地方不得不用英文﹐因为不熟悉术语。
