标题[合约] 关於押金问题

之前是签公版租约
日期是到4/15还没签新约
今天5/28跟房东说6/15要退租
房东说要提前一个月说
所以要扣半个月的钱
请问这样合理吗？
因为对这部分不了解 向上来问问看～
