No pets are allowed to bring into cabin except the seeing-eye dogs. 2. Customers need to make advance arrangements with the local SIA office. The owner is responsible for obtaining all health certificates, entry permits and necessary documents required to the destination and ensuring that the shipment meets the local regulations. 3. The charge for pets is to be collected as excess baggage. Your destination is USA, so the pets will be charged two pieces excess baggage because pets and cage are considerd as two pieces. 4. There is no specific size limitation of cage, as long as there is enough space for pets.
