ABC是一个整数边长的三角形，内心为I且周长为p
线段IA、IB和IC的长度同样为整数值
令 L = p + |IA| + |IB| + |IC|
令 S(P) 为周长p<=P的情况下，所有这样的三角形的L之和。举例，S(10^3)=3619
试求出S(10^7)
