第一题
Which one of the following is not needed for active transport?
(ans:a)
a. a concentration gradient
b. a membrane
c. three ions
d. an outside energy source
e. all of the above are needed
问题a:
主动运输根据沈浩老师的讲义是"逆浓度梯度"
所以我觉得a.应该是需要的，就是有"逆"的concentration gradient
问题c:
three ions 是甚麽啊?是Na-K pump的 3 Na+ 吗??
问题d.
ATP->ADP不是应该在细胞内吗?怎麽是outside呢??
第二题

是要改成"carrier protein"吗?
问题d:
沈浩老师讲义p.237 提到Na-K pump是cotransport，还是我误解了呢?
