最近几个月Lifemiles计划默默调整了不少 有好有坏 现在可以线上退票 一阵子会有美版花旗转点25%加赠活动 但好多航线都偷偷调表了 普遍涨20%以上 短中长都有 针对新帐号的买分 帐上里程大额的变动 开票风控 单日的开票数量也都有更严格的感觉 最新的应该是针对开票数量有了年度150张的限制（虽然对一般人来说是完全够用的额度 啦） 如果达到数量上限帐号会软锁到隔年重置才能再使用如下文: “Limits applicable to Redemptions: During each calendar year (January to December), the Member may redeem up to 150 (one hundred and fifty) award tickets, whether for themselves or for third parties. Once this limit has been reached, regardless of the day or month in which such limit was reached, the Member’s account will be blocked and will not allow any further redemptions of any kind (whether for the acquisition of award tickets or for goods and services offered by other Program participants or partners), and will not be available for access through the web page or through the mobile App of the Program. The count of permitted award ticket redemptions shall reset at the beginning of each new calendar year (January to December).” 文中我觉得间接的强化了官方默许代开的态度？ 就我自己的经验 已开出的票在帐号软锁的状况下（通常登入的错误代码是E:10990)还是 可以正常使用 还有几种会软锁的情况： 1. 连续开票超出该帐号单日限制数量（新帐号大概 1-2 张，养几个月可能可以增加到 3-4 张，或是电话人工开票突破限制，很老的帐号大概 10 张） 2. 连续刷卡付税金失败 3. 频繁退改 4. 异常 IP 登入使用（我用过机上 wifi 开票，下飞机发现无法登入） 以上是我肉身测试经验推估，没有官方的正式公告 错误代码 999 的话大概就是死了 可能的原因大概是在没有里程的帐号频繁查票或是串自动化工具大规模查票 信用卡盗刷买分应该也会死，但一卡帮多帐号代买不会死号，只有那张卡会被内部标记不 能买 在燃油税这麽贵的时代 Lifemiles 的优势：免 YQ、神奇混舱、里程取得相对容易，还算是一个相对不错的点数 计画 如果有版友遇到一些技术上的困难，我这边愿意提供一点协助 --
