如标题，凯悦集团收购Mr & Mrs Smith饭店集团，预计在6月完成
直接影响到的就是IHG与Mr & Mrs Smith的合作关系，此外部分饭
店也有和万豪有合作关系，在收购案完成後应该是会通通切断
不过在订房与点数方面、因为两家系统不同，凯悦表示需要一段
时间来整合就是
