标题[兑换] SPG的Nights and Flights

订了过年期间的Nagoya Westin 五晚 等级三
但是点数只扣了40000点 转哩程去了
20000点一直都没扣
confirmation letter
也没写明rate detail
只写着平常换免房的 "SPG FREE nights"
小妹要请教各位大大~~什麽时候才会扣20000点呢
或是rate detail 会写明nights and flights吗?
打去中文的客服的回应是扣点数是另外一个部门
订好了却很不踏实@@
