The representative will add the partner frequent flyer number to your reservation. - If you check-in online, you will have the opportunity to add your frequent flyer number on Step 2 of the Online Check-In process. As you are checking-in, you will see a link that says ‘Add’. Simply pick the SkyMiles partner you want and enter your number. - As a final option, you can give your frequent flyer number to the ticket or gate agent before boarding your departing flight. 是说的确也不需要赶着在订位的时候给会员卡号啦， 达美改舱之後原本ST菁英和超级菁英会员可以免费升等豪华经济舱的优势已经没了， 现在只剩下免费的Preferred Seats (前排座位、大多数走道位和紧急出口）可以选， 那个等订位手续全部完成之後补会员卡号再选位也无所谓。 要不然如果base在美国的话，避开达美官网， 用购票网站买票就可以在订位的时候登录CI会员卡号， 之後到达美官网查行程就会有已经登录好的CI卡号跟（如果适用的话）ST的服务了。 以上提供参考。 --
