刚刚给Marroitt Rewards打了个电话,足足等了10分钟,
好不容易接通了,心想很快可以换完,不就是给号码然後明天去传真,哩程跟房间就要
落袋了,结果给他完全相反,以下是他要求我先做的
1.Where/when will you want to stay?
and Which property of Marriott in that City would you like to stay?
2.Make the reservation with the Hotel first
3.Which airline program you would like to associate with? Do you have an
account with it?
4.Combining family members' points requires the authorization letter from
them(Marriott will provide the form). Then, fax them.
刚刚在想如果订了饭店没机票,不就又要重来......苦恼中
