This is going well today
I mean the fingers typing
and the face smiling
and the breath going in and out
like a nice girl on a date
who for the first time removes
her blouse, but your heart
is pounding so hard you
can't actually
see anything
except a mental
image
of Robert
Creeley
—Bob, go away
so I can see this girl and do
whatever it is I'm supposed to
do. Your linebreaks
are making it
impossible!
