-to Versatile
I see him
playing guitar
with tiresome eyes but happy smiles.
When the soulful melody sinks
into my bones,
I realize you are here too.
I see you
chanting his poem
in a passionate tone.
And I suddenly know
you two met before birth.
I see myself
totally new here
sitting, listening,
sometimes raising questions
as a student of yours.
