I light a flame
In a room of darkness,
Praying to see a hope.
They light a flame
In the snowy winter,
Waiting for the dawn.
We light a flame,
In a world so cruel,
Dreading being left behind
Let the flames be lit
And hopes be filled;
And waitings be done;
And hearts are touched;
On this peaceful Christmas Eve :)
