这几天反覆在读这首诗 但是有几句就是一直看不懂是什麽意思 查了网路资料也都莫衷一是 有些则是根本查不到 不晓得有没有人能指点我一下: 1.第3行 "Nephews....sons mine": 这里的nephews是指主教真正的nephews吗?还是指当时围在主教身边、教堂里年轻的神职 人员? "sons"用复数 是在当面称呼这些nephews、暗示这些nephews全部都是主教的儿子吗? 还是主教只是在病榻上呼喊着自己不在场的儿子们? 2.第54行 "How else/ Shall ye contrast my frieze to come beneath?" 这句实在不懂是什麽意思 3.第68行 "all of jasper, then!/ 'Tis jasper ye stand pledged to, lest I grieve / My bath must needs be left behind, alas!" 这句也不懂是什麽意思 (是主教改变心意、不想要black marble做他的棺材板，想改用 jasper的材质吗? 'Tis jasper ye stand pledged to又是什麽意思?) 4.第89行 "...let the bedclothes, for a mortcloth, drop/ Into great laps and folds of sculptor's-work" 5.第118行 "...no more lapis to delight the world!" 不好意思 问题很多 拜托有读过的人了:) --
