Ending
By the edge of the white sheet,
The murderer easily takes the life.
That’s so easy to break,
Yet unwilling to leave.
They yelled, they screamed,
They shouted themselves hoarse.
But that couldn’t move its heart a bit,
It puts an end to the life without hesitance.
Terrified and shocked as they become,
Tears are like streams that never stop.
Some even cry they can trade their own life,
With the life that sentence was just announced upon.
“Give him a break.” It said.
“He’s had enough and couldn’t last longer.
Begging him to stay is just like a torture,
He’d better set off to some place new, some place nicer.”
They look at it with questions, yet,
However they want him to stay,
However they would miss him in the future.
They decide to let go.
Let go the burden that’s been on them for so long.
Let go the sorrow that’s eating every bit of their heart.
Let go each piece of memories that would make them cry.
Let go the fact that there’s no chance to draw him back.
--They decide to let go.
But there’s something they wouldn’t--
They’ll always bear,
The love toward him.
Even Death takes his life,
They’ll never forget him.
And that’s the one last gift,
They can present; so is Love.
