标题[讨论] whitman 的beat beat drums

诗中最後一个stanza有几句如下
mind not thetimid-mind not the weeper or prayer,
mind not the old man beseeching the young man,
这两句，我本来解释成 暗示：战争不会因为任何事情终止
那 mind 可能是指 to care for 吧？
但是我不太确定，因为我们老师特别强调了这个mind....
还叫我去查其他的意思.....
所以我想应该有别的解答吧？ 有人可以分享意见吗？
