Twitter推出Tor版服务以供俄罗斯用户存取 https://www.ithome.com.tw/news/149783 基本上能用 tor 的话应该就能用 twitter 才是， 有一说这样会更安全 (现在可能更含盖了人身安全) 当然前提是俄罗斯没有整个断网 -- Say you need M$ with you here, beside you... anywhere you go, let M$ go too - , that's all I ask of you... --
