另一篇 php 相关，提到 symfony 4 的目录结构

这是目前 laravel 的标准目录结构，原来这样的目录用的那麽普遍呀
是说 symfony 想要用的 /etc 跟 /web 对我来说倒是蛮亲切的就是 :p
