Cisplatin 0.2 mg/mL
Fluorouracil 1 mg/mL

In Normal saline- Sodium chloride 0.9%
Physical Compatibility: Physically compatible. No haze
or particulate formation, color change, or gas evolution.
Chemical Stability: Chemically unstable. About 10% cisplatin loss occurred in
90 minutes and about 25 to 30% loss occurred in 3 to 4 hours. No fluorouracil
loss occurred within the study period.
Storage: Room temperature of 24 to 26 °C exposed to fluorescent light and
protected from light.
Study Period: Up to 24 hours.
Method: Visual observation and stability-indicating HPLC analysis of drug
concentrations.
Container: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) bags.
