申诉驳回，不予受理，本案已完成沟通程序，得迳行上诉。

申诉时效早已完成，依

实体部分：申诉人之陈述显与事实不符。依

申诉人删除他人推文具主观故意，依当时板规第十条第一项第二款处断并无疑义。
