申诉驳回，不予受理，本案已完成沟通程序，得迳行上诉。
二、说明

该争议文章完全无任何一瞬间存在连络方式，申诉人所陈述恕本板碍难采信，
故本板依违反 part-time 板使用规范第十五条第一项第七款第五目裁处之并无不当。
三、申诉救济
