一、主文
申诉驳回，不予受理，本案已完成沟通程序，得迳行上诉。
二、说明
依 part-time 板使用规范第四十条第一、二款，
「任何工作，每小时之工资不得低於新台币一百五十元。」且
「总工时不足一小时者，以一小时计算之。」，
纵使跑腿工作之工时不到一小时且仅有一次，仍应以一小时计算之，
依原文内容 (
#1SNHFK-h (part-timeBM))观之，即使於平常日发表之已然不合规定，
况且於国定假日期间发表之乎？
故本板依「2019 新春专案」(
#1SAajDah (part-time))第二款第四目、第四款第五目
(工资及联络资讯符合该公告之违规态样)，两方各处水桶三百六十五日并退文，
并无不当，全案予以驳回。
三、申诉救济
若不服本判决，得以此文为沟通依据，表明理由，至 L_LifeJob 板发文申诉。
