为避免再发生类於
#1Pw2HgGM (part-time)的事件，
拟将注意类文章增加规范，大致方向如下：
0. 同一人对同一事件只能发表一篇。
1. 发表後满七日(一百六十八小时)内，不得申请删除。
2. 比照徵才文章，不能清空内容，只能增加项目。
3. (思考中...)
