自即日起，凡文章或推文内容中提到该发言帐号
「非本人持有」「借朋友/亲属帐号」「原本为他人所持有」等
自行承认其帐号有共用、借用、移转之情形者，
该发言帐号视为「重大违规」中「其它经本板认定为重大违规者」之要件。
除依违反该规定之罚则处分外，同时移送组务板申请共用帐号查询。
板务处分之沟通申诉程序中，若使用者有上开情形，
除不受理外，亦告知帐号部有此一情形，由帐号部自行处分。
