标题[公告] 格式变更暨板规微调

近来发现使用者误解本板格式之项目名称意义，
故稍作调整，并收录至z-11，相关规定亦同步修正，
日後若格式有所变更，则z-11亦同步变更。
即日起，禁止以「借用帐号」「共用帐号」或其同义词为申诉事由，
若为「帐号被盗用」则需将行为当日登入IP位址纪录，
(主选单 > (U)ser > (L)My Logs > (L)Recent Login)
以及报案三联单截图(可以注明仅供PTT使用)寄至板主信箱。
