标题[公告] 外送业相关禁止规定

因应情势变迁，基於早先订定板规时未能详尽事宜。
当时仅禁止 UberEats 相关工作，未其它考虑相类性质之工作，
现新增以下规定：
凡专营饮食外送业 (如：FoodPanda、UberEats)，不得於本板徵求外送人员，
违者依违反看板使用规范第十四条第一项第二款第二目处断。
(即水桶三百六十五日、文章退文。)
但专营饮食业而招募外送人员或工作内容含外送者不在此限。
本特别规定即刻生效。
