二、说明
chairmanchan发表分类标签未依规定、文章内容全然未依格式、资讯不全之徵才文，
经使用者提醒後，不但未予改善，更将文章内容与推文一并清空企图灭证，
违规情节属重大且态度不佳，该当违反本板使用规范第七条第四项、第八条第三、六项、
第九条第一项第一款、第十条第一项第一、二款、第十五条第一项第七款，
依同法第十六至十九条，应处水桶一百八十日以上、并得退文，依其违规情节，
处水桶五百四十日、并科退文。
