2017/09/29 改判：
暂且变更为警告一次，若再犯则加倍水桶日数、并科退文。
二、说明
flesh发表无关看板宗旨之广告文，严重影响本板秩序，违反本板使用规范第十五条
第一项第三款，依同法第十六至十九条，应处水桶一百八十日以上、并得退文，
依其违规情节，处水桶七百三十日、并科退文。

经沟通後，本板认为其情有可原，且其叙述不无道理，
水桶与退文暂予撤销，若再犯则原处分加倍执行，
且不接受任何解释。
