大型赛事期间代购票券特别规定 2017年08月23日 公告全文五条 第 00 条 (法例) 依本板使用规范第三条第二项、第十四条第一项第二款第六目公告之。 第 01 条 (适用范围) 凡世界性或全国性，为期一周以上之大型竞赛均属之。 大型音乐会、演唱会亦准用本规定。 其它适用本规定之情形由本板认定之。 第 02 条 (限制) 於本板徵求他人代为排队购票者，应遵守以下规定： 一、所购得之票券仅限於自用，不得转售。 二、每一名使用者任意二篇徵求文章应间隔七日以上。 三、徵求文章内应注明代购数量，且单一种类不得超过八张、总量不得超过二十张。 不得以多重帐号规避第一项之限制。 同一联络人视为同一使用者。 第 03 条 (罚则) 违反第二条规定者，得处水桶三百六十五日以上、并得退文。 以多重帐号违反本规定者，依本板使用规范第三十条规定申请多重帐号查询。 徵得之票券若转售牟利，经使用者检举、本板查证属实者，依第一项处分。 第 04 条 (施行日期) 本规定自公告日施行，修订时亦同。 -- You can Special Summon this card (from your hand or your graveyard or your banished zone) by destroying all the other cards on the field and in either players' hand.
