二、说明
cola0503发表显然为抽奖活动之问卷文，违反本板板规第十四条第一项第五款第三目，
依本板板规第十七条第四项、第十八条、第十九条第四项，应处水桶一百八十日以上，
并应退文，其违规情节重大，完全不尊重本板文化，处水桶三百六十五日应属合理。
本板在此申明，尔後再有於本板发表问卷抽奖等情形，一律处水桶一年以上、退回文章。
