二、说明
etjohn10发表自创分类之文章，违反本板板规第七条第一项，
其文章内容未依规定格式填写，且最基本应有之资讯全无，违反本板板规第八条第三项，
其文章内容以终端机浏览仅一行，违反本板板规第九条第一项第二款，
其显然恶意删除其它使用者之推文，违反本板板规第十条第一项第三款，
其违规项目数目之大足以证明其完全不尊重本板板规，本板自得认定其情节重大，
依本板板规第十六条第二项、第十七条第三项、第十九条第三项，应处水桶三十日以上、
一百八十日以下，并应删除文章，依其违规情节，处水桶一百二十日应属合理。
