标题[仙六] 安装程式与反启动问题

如题。
安装完开启Launch.exe看不到中央画面，按了开始游戏没反应
点更新最新版本→在您的电脑里找不到《仙剑奇侠传六》，请重新安装再执行本更新档
直接开启pal6.exe，输入完启动序号出现
TThe game crashed.
The crashed report folder named "2015-07-10_132004" next to game executable.
It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game!
改从Autorun的开始游戏进入出现一串问号??????,?????????
想要重新安装但七天之後才能反启动，请问大家这是什麽问题呢？
电脑系统是64位元Win 7，麻烦各位不吝解惑，谢谢！
