The medium is definitely too small. Tight in the underarms and sleeves. The jacket is a bit stretchy, but even so, the medium absolutely does not work. Yes, as others have noticed, the sleeves are disproportiately long, but that is no problem. Sleeves a bit longer are actually more comfortable as you can stretch your arms and the jacket sleeves are ample and very comfortable.
