我英文不好，但看了大家的介绍，所以也在1/18号时下单跟mountaingea订件Outdoor Research

想说单骑车或上班都可以穿，可是下单後一直到前天都没收到货，於是写了封信去问问～
结果今天就收他的们的回信,全文如下：
Thank you for your order with Mountain Gear! We have been unable to obtain
the necessary verification from your bank regarding your billing
information, so in place of this verification we are asking you to contact
your bank and obtain the approval code for the $134.98 amount we have
currently authorized on your credit card.
The 6-digit approval code is essentially the number that references the
pending transaction and is created by the banks involved and only available
to the merchant involved and card holder. Being able to obtain this
approval code will be sufficient for our verification purposes.

再次强调的～我英文不好，仅仅大概理解他们要我跟银行要一组六位数的确认码，是不
是可以请各位帮助我理解一下，怎麽了？我又该怎麽作？
