Job description : ‧ Track funds received from customers and AR Status updated ‧ Enter Account Receivable data in accounting system ‧ Issue GUI ‧ Send late payment reminder to Customers ‧ Collect and file petty cash/ credit card receipt ‧ File and track accounting documents ‧ Review employee reimbursement and travel expense documents ‧ Send invoice to customers ‧ Assist with other accounting or administrative work ‧ Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirement : - Major in Accounting - Fluent English and Mandarin. - Detail oriented. - Familiar with MS Offices. - At least work 2 to 3 days per week. - Hourly rate: TWD 150/hr - Eligible of labor insurance - Please send you resume (preferrably in English) to [email protected] COME AND JOIN US! --
