标题[闲聊] 20130505修改事项

两手都在痛，不过短时间的打字还ok。
(主要是左手掌靠键盘桌面的地方黑青＆手腕有一点扭到)
一、指令 hands 修改
/adm/daemons/weather_d.c 不备份新增修改。
在 change_weather 函数里加上 hands 自动开启／关闭
的机制。
/cmds/std/_hands.c 不备份新增修改。
在 cmd_hands 函数里新增让 weather_d.c 呼叫开启及关
闭的程式段。
二、指令 spell 修改
/cmds/std/_spell.c 不备份新增修改。
让 spell a+b 支援 auto spell。
修正 spell a+b 的一些 bug。
新增 spell a+b 的适用法术，新增 5 hands、cleanse
以及 magic missile。
